The pictures from your KRUU Photo Booth are also automatically transferred to the app after your approval. New: With the Audio Guestbook, you can listen to your guests’ voicemails again at any time. This way, not only pictures stay with you, but also personal words, lovely wishes, and funny messages.

HOW IT WORKS:
Download the KRUU App and join an event or create a new one. Invite guests, collect your photos in one place, and discover all pictures in the app after the upload. There, you can like, comment, and download them.

With the KRUU App, your pictures and voicemails are always within reach, even after the celebration. You do not have to search through your entire phone and can view or listen to your shared memories again at any time. You can also use the app for future celebrations with a KRUU Photo Booth.

DATA PROTECTION

We had difficulty printing and the event will not show up in my app to download or photos. Half of the photos would not print and with our package there was no way to attempt to reprint from the gallery. Guests struggled with downloads and did not want to have to download the app to obtain their image. It was very frustrating and feels like we did not get our monies worth. The images we were able to print were great, but the overall experience was very disappointing.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry the printing and photo access caused frustration. The full gallery becomes available in the app after the Photo Booth is returned and the photos are processed. Please contact our Customer Care team so we can look into the printing issues.

The photo booth made me download this app to download the pictures for the one time I used it. Immediately uninstalled. I think it crashed my phone because the whole phone rebooted while downloading the picture.

Thank you for your feedback. Photos are stored locally on the photo booth during the event, so the KRUU App is used to connect directly to the booth and transfer the selected photo to your phone. However, your phone restarting during the download should not happen, and we’re sorry you experienced this. We’ll pass this issue on to our team.
