when I finish a level and choose not to watch an ad for an advantage it plays me an ad anyway, but every time I try to play the daily game that I missed it says I don't have an internet connection when I obviously do because you just made me watch a million bloody ads!

Played this game quite a bit to relax and had a great time,after playing more than 850 levels, but the latest update made it unplayable. Ads now play every time you fail a level. The advanced levels are hard and require a lot of trial and error, so the forced ad time is now much more than play time, especially once you get timed unlimited hearts. Disappointing

edited to add: no response from customer support in over a month and my tech support chat remains open. reset cache, app is updated. no reason for the app glitch. I have enjoyed this game and been pleased that customer service has responded quickly with some weird technical issues. Every time they have been prompt and helpful. This last time they acknowledged the issue, but didn't fix it (a feature glitched and won't reset). I've attempted to utilize customer service for weeks with no response.

enjoyable to play, but crashes way too often and has too many glitches. also the ads that you have to watch to get any points, kick me completely out of the game about 70% of the time.
