Background processes drain battery on iPad

I love the AudioKit apps, but this one has battery issues. Some background process drained my battery in about 24 hours while the iPad was idle. Uninstalling until fixed.

v1.0.2

Fun but buggy

Some taps don’t respond while playing along. Also, crash and ride are indistinguishable, on drums. I just started playing around and within 5 minutes I noticed these two issues.

Urgent: A Melodic Gem in Need of a Bug Tune-up

I have been using this app for quite a lengthy period now, and its ability to facilitate musical creativity has been nothing short of delightful. However, there’s a persistent bug that’s been playing the off-key note in my otherwise harmonious experience. Despite being a paid app, this particular issue seems to have been left unresolved for too long which is somewhat disappointing. The bug manifests itself in a rather irksome manner—causing one of the pads, used to generate musical notes, to stick. The only workaround so far has been to completely close the app and reopen it, which, as one can imagine, significantly disrupts the creative flow. It’s quite a consistent issue, and although I don't recall the exact trigger, it happens frequently enough to be a noticeable annoyance. I’ve observed that I’m not sailing this rocky boat alone—numerous other users have reported the same issue. It baffles me that despite being a paid app, and having a community of users pointing out this flaw, the bug remains unfixed. While the app shines in many aspects, it’s essential for the developers to address such issues promptly to maintain a smooth user experience, especially given the financial investment involved. The app continues to be a vital part of my music-making journey, and I would love nothing more than to see this bug fixed in the nearest update. Until then, the discord of this persistent bug continues to mar an otherwise stellar app.
