Renting a scooter with Hopp is easy. All you need to do is:

1. Find a scooter nearby;
2. Scan the QR code or enter the ID to unlock it;
3. Hop on and enjoy the ride;
4. Park safely at your destination;
4. End your ride in the app.

- Riding to or from the bus stop or train station on your daily commute
- Avoiding traffic jams on the way to or from work
- Exploring the city, whether you're local or just visiting

RESPONSIBLE RIDING MADE EASY

Wasted over 20 min to get a driver. Better off using Lyft or Uber

Disappointed by Hopp’s “15% off” promotion. Highlighting “up to $15 off per ride” makes the offer sound far more generous than it is. On a $40 ride, 15% is just $6 not $15 and you’d need a $100 fare to reach the advertised cap. The discount may be technically described, but spotlighting the maximum while most rides earn much less feels misleading and leaves a bad impression.

Thank you for sharing that. We are really glad your experience felt friendly and that the driver was helpful from start to finish. It means a lot to hear you had a good ride, and we hope to see you again soon.
