To start your ride:

📱 Download the hop app.
🙂 Create an account.
🗺️ Find the closest hop on the map.
🔓 Scan the QR code.
💨 Kick the scooter with one foot. Once you’ve gained some speed, you can push on the throttle to accelerate and start enjoying your city.
🐢 If you want to slow down, gently use the brake.

Let's finish the ride

🛴 After your ride has finished, park the scooter in designated parking spots without blocking pedestrians and access routes.
🔒 Lower the kickstand to avoid the scooter from falling over and lock it.
📸 Take a photo of the parked hop.

Safety first

For your and city residents’ safety, you must follow these rules!

- One person per scooter.
- You should wear a helmet.
- Highly recommended to wear reflective gear at night.
- Do not ride while intoxicated
Do not ride on pavements
You should ride slower in the downhills.

I did register myself for a free ride as advertised on the scooter however, after riding 5 minutes, I received an invoice of 11 euros for a 49 minutes drive, something that I never did. I tried to contact customer service but they were not interested in my issue but only getting paid. I should have closed the ride they said. Maybe my mistake however, you should have protection mechanisms in place to protect people like myself who use your service for first time and have no idea closing the ride

hayatimda kullandığım en kötü uygulama. daha 1 kere düzgün kilitleyemedim. her seferinde ekstra para yazıyor. az önce de motoru bile çalışmadı ve kilitlemeye çalışınca kilitlenmedi. birde üstüne ücret talep ediyor. ben simdi hangi hizmeti ödüyorum?

first time using this scammer they charged me 90 tl when to unlock the bike nowhere shown will change this. initially i thought is a deposit in advance but actually is final fee and then the normal costs for using the scooter. in the last screen they show they substracted that 90 tl but they are not refunding that 90 tl . thats scam. hidden big fees without people knowing and thinking something else and then hop not refunding that scam fee.

Hi! The 90 TL isn't a hidden fee; it’s a temporary pre-authorization hold. After your ride, we charge the actual cost, and the rest is automatically refunded. Depending on your bank, this refund can take a few days to appear. Please email support@hop.bike with your phone number so we can verify your refund status right away!
