Nest camera alerts routinely take 9 minutes now. If you hear something and go to the home app to check the past couple of minutes, it will usually say that the recording isn't available yet. It's also impossible to move back 10 or 15 seconds from the live feed. it seems that moving from the Nest app to Google home has removed all the realtime security features that were the reason I bought the cameras in the first place
