The app constantly has problems. There is static on the calls, or there is no dialtone or anything, but the client answers they can hear us, and we can not hear them. Have tried working with customer support,they always blame us and never take accountability. They blamed our phones to our internet and service providers, which we all changed because of follow-up boss, but the problems still continue, and nothing from them. Also support say they will email you and get back to me but never do.

Seems like it's far better optimized on Apple (there is literally no drop down icon to sort through ponds).... good thing I was planning on going to Apple anyways....

Not a serious tool. It has some good functionality, but it's fairly useless as a business tool. Like most CRMs, it relies on Tags to sort contacts. The app has thousands of Tags, including every zip code, and forces you to scroll through them all (in numerical/ alphabetic order) until you find the one you want to apply. They could seemingly be made searchable, making this a more useful tool. But for now, this isn't a useful app for a business phone.
