Calls don't connect most of the time. Why bother if I can't get a call to connect, messages work ok. locate screen is poorly designed - I can't see where I'm in reference are they in front or to left? no clue. worst of all is the service gets stuck in School mode. on weekends or at night. restarting the app doesn't work. disabling school mode doesn't work. just buggy service. not worth it.

I honestly love everything about my kid's Fitbit Ace - it's minimalist, keeps them off screen time, but also makes it so we can stay in contact. My issue is that you FINALLY added a way for me to make it so they can pay for stuff - BUT IT REQUIRES A MONTHLY FEE TO ACCESS THROUGH A 3RD PARTY COMPANY. That is ridiculous and unacceptable.
