App sometimes freezes which does not allow you to perform certain functions, e.g., updating Fuel Rewards choices. It is also inconvenient that everything requires a different app for Discovery. They should consider merging the apps (i.e., Health app, bank app and insure app into original Discovery app) so everything is in one place. The apps are also quite clunky and often things need to be opened in the browser and it does not open within the app itself.

Hi L J, thank you for taking our call. To help improve the Insure app's performance on your Samsung device, go to Settings > Apps > Insure > Mobile Data and enable Allow app while Data Saver is on. Under Battery, enable Allow background activity and disable battery optimisation. For assistance, email DPS_QUERIES@discovery.co.za.

The app works like it's supposed to. On year's gone by, it used to miss my trips even though my Bluetooth would be on. Worthy of 5 stars in my experience. The IFA option is a cherry on top.
