Poor customer service: Signed up on Deliveroo and placed my first order. The restaurant sent the wrong items. I contacted Deliveroo through the app with the problem and with the photos of the wrong items. Deliveroo simply says they cannot reimburse me the amount based on their 'case-by-case analyisis' despite having shared photos of the wrong items in my order. Such a scam, Deliveroo!

Easy to use and great restaurants. Down side is that the subscription is hard to cancel, there's not even a cancellation button!

Horrible customer service and overall experience. They are unable to resolve anything. Very unprofessional. They provide robotic replies. It's their practise to stop responding when you contact on the phone, so that you hung up. They avoid to reimburse you for bad delivery service - order arrived 1.5 hours after I placed it.
