A new self-service app for DCL Crew Members called Crew Connect is now available.
Crew have shared with us that they want an easy-to-use mobile app, similar to the DCL Navigator app for Guests, to stay connected and informed while on contract and at home.
On this new app, Crew will have access to up-to-date DCL news, information and resources and the option to chat directly with the HR team and the Crew Office during business hours. Crew will also receive push notifications about important onboarding tasks and will be able to manage those tasks within the app.
