I would give negative stars if I could - it has only saved my info for 2 of the last 7 days. The syncing is weird and spotty, and there needs to be more settings options

like it so far. easy to use. the one thing I think the creator needs to adjust is the timing for sleep bc some ppl work at night and sleep during the day. it would be me accurate IMO.

It's a nice app. Works well with my ring and offers a wealth of information. I do wish I could export the data to another format, or even the steps to like Google Fit or something for other apps that track steps. Otherwise it's very good and nice to use! Thank you.
