They will decline dispute even with proof. This isn't even the first time this has happened and at this point i have zero faith that they will protect my purchases even with proof and will be moving to a different bank.

I love chime! They really look out for their customers unlike any other banks I've ever had! if something doesn't look right, they send me an alert asking if I had attempted to make a transaction of whatever the amount and ask YES or NO. I just click my answer. If I answer it as NO they automatically decline the transaction and will not let it go thru. They'll wait to hear from me first. People, go with Chime! You'll be glad you did!!!

Chime is absolutely terrible when it comes to victims of theft.I had my card stolen a week ago went through all the proper steps to freeze my account as wee as reporting it to the local authorities.I submitted my claim with Chime 4 times each one being denied.They have ever bit of proof that I had no involvement in this including the suspect being in custody.Over $750 stolen and Chime's "investigation team" see no error.Now i have to loose even more money in litigation just to make this right.

If it wasn't for time the last year wouldn't make it week a week being able to borrow money from my paycheck the week before has helped. I suggest trying to everybody that I walk into and try to get them to go to Chime.
