my left headphone doesn't work and I can't force a reset or anything if I click technical info or anything it just takes me to marketing info. Tomorrow I'm taking them back for a refund, Bose seems to be rebadging rubbish now.

there is no "where are my device" option. add it. also, my device does not show up unless they are open and out of the battery case.
