This system is ridiculous. Both Rome and NYC are so much better. Just tap your phone or card and enter. So inconvenient. 1. Had to download a 2nd app just to be able to scan. I have kids and had to create a virtual profile for each of them and buy each of them a ticket every time they need it and toggle through all the profiles, ridiculous. 2. Payment super cumbersome if you don't have an Apple phone. 3. I couldn't even use the phone tap for airport train. 4. Having to scan on exit, seriously??

I am sorry you feel that way. Many of these issues stem from constraints imposed by our partner, IDFM, to whom we are passing on your comments. The second app will soon no longer be required—just as on the iPhone—and the purchasing process will be simplified. Kids can also use a Navigo easy card, without smartphone. 🙏 Tom

worsttt appp everrr. I bought a day pass in Paris, but it didn't support my phone and I had no way to Validate my ticket. I tried asking for a refund but the app kept glitching and customer services did not know when we chose English they should speak english. I lost the money and trust.

Sorry. for this incompatibility problem. To request a refund for tickets, from the Bonjour RATP app, click on the assistance button "?" on the Tickets page to contact the IDFM customer service, which is the only one able to process a refund (please note: IDFM will not be able to handle your request if you contact them directly). 🙏 Tom

login with idfm account is broken. Firefox. won't let me type my email address. cant buy weekly pass. doesn't allow UK open banking pay by bank. doesnt allow google pay. doesnt allow proton auto fill credit card details. cumbersome to buy tickets.

About Firefox could you send us screenshot at clients@bonjour-ratp.fr ? Google Pay is currently not offered in our RATP app for purchasing tickets but we work on it. For email, we invite you to log into your account (and create one if you do not already have one), you will then no longer need to re-enter it for every purchase, 🌞 Tom
