Nice to just hop on a bike and park it without having to be worried about it getting lost. Racks are all over Toronto. instead of looking for parking this is great to get a couple of items from a store.

UI sucks. too hard to quickly scan the map and see bike and dock availability by station. just copy the youbike app from Taiwan. they know what they're doing. toronto has no damn clue but loves to build stuff from scratch instead of adopting proven things.

Doesn't let you add new payment methods. It's really stressful when you rely on the service to commute and it suddenly locks you out and won't let you pay.
