Be careful using this delivery. They have irregular delivery with some or other items missing. They have suspended service in our housing society without any prior notice and holding the money (valet balance) stating need 90 days to refund which is illegal holding customer money with no interest. Also watch your billing statement regularly for delivery fee charged even with non milk items. Unless you contact customer support they won't reverse the money charged.

BigBasket customer service is an absolute joke. I bought a ₹1,000 rechargeable fan, and it was delivered broken/damaged. I contacted customer support expecting a replacement or refund. Instead, I went through repeated “escalations” and was told to wait. The final answer: “We have no return or replacement policy.” This is not customer service — it is daylight robbery backed by a ridiculous policy. Absolutely disgraceful. I have lost all trust in BigBasket.

Don't use Bbdaily. Folks, They have suddenly stopped services in my society in May and are delaying the refund of wallet balance since 3 months. Customer service keeps giving false assurances and keeps extending timeline for return of balance. Better go for some other option.

the app is too worst and unable to contact customer care the chat with customer care is disabled. It is only allowing me to select predefind options and not allowing to type anything. Contacting customer care is too difficult.
