The application feels ancient and frustrating to use. It frequently doesn’t work properly, and even connecting to Premier Chat can take ages. When you finally reach an agent, you’re repeatedly asked to provide details, and if you leave the app, you have to log back in just to return to the chat. Even something as basic as generating a bank statement with customised dates takes 3–4 days with Barclays, whereas other banking apps provide this instantly in seconds. The latest update is awful, the font used to display transactions is not far from comic sans and you can only see a couple of transactions due to the size of the text, feels very clunky and unintuitive. If it's not broken don't change it!

The new app has issues and is not as intuitive as the old one. also it's more difficult to log out, which may be on purpose but still annoying.
