This app is awful. Downloaded it to see encrypted file. Takes me to a how to once I click to open the app. How is Microsoft still the designated system for so many?!?

Simply does not work
The app does not do what it says it will. For instance the app states you will be prompted to sign when opening a secure message. Not true, at least in my case.
