The app doesn't work at all, randomly signs me in and out of my account and when I log back in it keeps wanting me to enter my details only to give a random "Invalid or Missing Information" error message. The website doesn't work either and just constantly times out for me. Super frustrating unfortunately.

I pre-alert on the app for every package and upload the invoice. This never works and I have to submit invoice via consultant when the package gets held. There isnt a way to complain about app issues. When you want to track a parcel on the AGS app, it only allow digits as a tracking number, but the tracking numbers provided contain Alphabetic characters as well as numerals, so you cannot submit a request for support. absolutely ridiculous. Dont use this service.

The app isn't working. It keeps asking me to refresh, on repeat. I've used data and wifi separately and neither works. I am only able to use my account on the website 25 July 2026: Since the last update, you are are unable to upload invoices yourself, as in the past. Pre-alerts are also iffy as the tracking number is incorrect and whenever you do get it fixed, the issues persist. Change it back so that the USER can upload the invoices themselves and have less issues

I used Aramex for many shipments between 2019 and 2026, but their service declined so much that I now avoid Aramex. I could never upload invoices or pay via the mobile app. Always had to use web browser for that. My last order failed to allow uploading the invoice. I contacted support with invoice attached, and they simply dismissed it and closed the ticket without assisting. Eventually, the order disappeared from the app, and I lost the money spent on the purchase. Avoid Aramex.
