Excessive data grab by Primavera. There is no justification for requiring you to scan an ID to put a name to a ticket. Totally intrusive and also a data risk trusting an events company with that level of personal data. Who knows what they really do with it. Only tickets I ever bought that required this. Unacceptable.

Very difficult to use, so many errors connecting and validating, my archive to users just persist keep trying eventually it might work
