disabling Flash after various top up campaigns. not accounted for wasted time when driver refused to honor booking. ryde profited immensely from surged fare. You will need to explain why my wasted time is worthless compared to 6.61 for drivers, to close the case. The price difference was 10 dollars and I wasted time. Please dont think my time is worthless. You charge us 6.61 for wasting driver's time right??

awesome strategy. multi-select, as consumer for sure try to save cost. but this multi-select must select at least one of the higher fare type. ryde fare also slightly higher than other platform.

driver was chatting away on phone rather than driving.. he was driving 40 to 50 km/h following lorries and buses on TPE..when I ask him to please concentrate on driving and follow speed limit of 90 km/h ..our friend got angry

Having used Ryde for years, I'm really disappointed with the latest update. ​Users can no longer select only RydeFlash; the app now forces users to accept both RydeFlash and RydeX along with their respective fares. If users aren't given a genuine choice, what is the point in keeping RydeFlash as an option. Furthermore, automatically rating rides 5 stars when a user skips the rating prompt distorts genuine feedback. These changes make the app much less user friendly.
