never tells you what day they plan to deliver, got to hope for the best, used to work in their warehouse so the high number of thefts in the warehouses must be the reason for never providing delivery dates. changing the name doesn't change the bad publicity yodel has.

app does not open its own links from the website, so the website refers me to an I stall page even though its already Installed, so I can't check package verification etc

I arranged for my parcel to be delivered to a locker called One Stop in Fenton. if it's a parcel I've had delivered today, it came to my house again. when I try to track the "parcel" it doesn't confirm where it actually is. 🙈👎

The app is utterly basic, no live tracking, Can't see how far/how long away the courier is, or how many stops / time left. If a parcel is late, basically this company holds me hostage in the house. And stop nagging me with a parcel locker as I'll choose it when I want to / need it. Once ordered something to home delivery then obviously don't want a locker. Taking over from Yodel, how hard would it be using its app as a base for the new one and implementing its tracking system?
