I used their service for airport transit. The driver deliberately took city road instead of the toll road to save ₹100. As this was prepaid, he took it without informing me and I nearly missed the flight and had to take 45 min delay! Crew support team could only provide apologies! Never book using Crew!

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the service. The responses appear superficial, with little evidence of proper research or validation, and often feel like generic information scraped from the internet rather than accurate, verified recommendations. I have repeatedly had to verify key details myself, which defeats the purpose of using the app and wastes my time. The overall experience has been frustrating, and unreliable.
