Please allow isolation / hiding of different structures, would love to study the cervical vertebrae but cannot isolate the structures to get a good 3D view. otherwise great app!

I don't know how to use this app. The customer support is also very poor. I already purchased it and asked how to use it, but received no response. And now it's past 48 hours, so I can't return it either

Very realistic. It could have a full skull or no skull. That skull bit is just there.

Thank you for the review, Gary. We appreciate it. Occipital bone is included because there are many ligaments of the spine attached to it, without it we would lose those ligaments. We decided not to include full skull model, because it would negatively impact the performance of the app and would be out of scope of the topic.
