these guys will help you on the phone if you have any problems. 5 stars for that alone! the apps are constantly being improved, and their training modules are 1st rate. you can talk sense to them about what you can afford and they will try to accommodate. well worth picking their sales guys brains for their many other options (staff mental health assistance is one I was pleased with.) all apps can do with improvements, which is why I only gave 4 stars, but I have no doubt they are working on it
