Description

ipNaviPro is an experimental Android tool for learning about hip geometry and evaluating a marker-based workflow on non-patient bench fixtures. It combines guided point registration, 3D geometry, manually positioned models and export tools.

EXPERIMENTAL — NOT FOR PATIENT USE
This build is not validated or approved for clinical use. Do not use it to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition, navigate surgery, position implants or make treatment decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. Displayed values are geometric calculations, not a guarantee of physical accuracy.

GUIDED REGISTRATION
Follow the 64-action HipNaviPro sequence with next-point instructions, reference identification, a review checkpoint, undo and left/right selection. Review pointer and instrument dimensions before any non-patient capture.

MARKERS AND GEOMETRY
Use the six original marker images for pelvic and femoral references, the registration pointer and the defined instruments. View the resulting points, axes, planes, head/neck and acetabular constructions, angles, distances and source radar geometry. Radar is a geometric illustration, not a validated safety alarm.

MOVABLE PANELS
Move, collapse, hide and restore the registration, measurement, radar and tool panels. Adjust layer visibility and labels. Capture controls distinguish current tracking from explicitly labelled review states; unavailable results are withheld.

CAMERA-FREE DEMONSTRATION
Explore synthetic geometry without camera permission. The demonstration is clearly labelled and does not contain a patient case. It does not establish real-world tracking accuracy.

MODELS AND EXPORTS
Import STL or a restricted static text-USDA/USDZ mesh subset. Position, rotate and scale the model manually. Export registration and geometry as JSON, CSV and supported portable scene formats, or save an app screenshot. Files go to a destination you choose. Binary USDC, unrestricted USDZ, automatic anatomical model registration and saved-session reload are not supported.

CAMERA AND DEVICE REQUIREMENTS
Android 8.0 or later and OpenGL ES 3 are required. Live AR additionally requires an ARCore-supported device, Google Play Services for AR, camera permission, printed markers and matching non-patient instrument/fixture geometry. The complete original marker images are 40 mm wide; measure the print and verify calibration. QR-like image tracking can be unreliable. Support, lighting, visibility and motion affect tracking. The supplied defaults are not a calibration of your equipment.

PRIVACY AND HELP
Each fresh launch presents the agreement, policy and contact links. Accepting it does not start the camera. Start AR presents a separate camera/ARCore disclosure. Stop AR turns camera access off; help and the demo remain available. The app has no account, ads or in-app purchase features. Google services and chosen document providers have their own data practices.

Read the bundled workflow, calibration guide, technical appendix, model limits, troubleshooting, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Active cases remain in memory; exports are not automatically reloaded, and previously saved files are not erased by Reset.
