intermittent connection issues due to a variety of bugs. half the time the case isn't even charging the earbuds. software is bad. why do we have multiple mobile Logitech apps...

the setup process is rough at best. It took forever to get the earbuds to the point where I can heat them and mold them and it kept telling me that the buds weren't charged enough. after a bit of troubleshooting and fully charging the case and buds overnight it finally worked
