Very rude customer care ,it's almost 1 month now I haven't receive payment for last month and they are doing nothing about it,,when I call they just say we will get back to you. the person that help me to register bolt he no longer picks my calls nor reply to my messages ,am very disappointed I regret signing a partnership with bolt..Bolt food are scammers be careful with them ... I recommend Glovo for those with restaurants I highly recommend Glovo is the Best

⭐ 1/5 – Unfair refund system for merchants As a shop owner using Bolt, I am extremely disappointed with how customer complaints and refunds are handled. Customers can receive refunds simply by complaining repeatedly, even when their order was prepared correctly, complete, and delivered as requested. In our experience, refunds are sometimes approved without properly investigating the complaint or giving the merchant a fair opportunity to provide evidence. This leaves honest businesses paying fo
