ABOUT THE APP BLOCKER
On Android, the blocker uses Usage access to see which app comes to the front, and Display over other apps to show the block screen over the apps you chose. A stricter mode that uses an Accessibility Service is there if you want it, and only if you turn it on. Neither reads what's on your screen or collects anything else, and the blocker only runs when you turn it on.
