I did a free 7 day trial and despite some limitations in the app, decided it would be a step in the right direction keeping me on track with hydration. I signed up for lifetime membership and was charged twice. I have reached out more than once and zero response. The app itself has options inputting data in terms of what fluid you hydrate with ie coconut water, spring water, zero gatorade. There is no ability to input much outside of their chosen beverages which skews accuracy.
