PubliBike Velospot

The next Swiss brand sold to foreign investment companies. Great job! Locking, unlocking and ending rides is sheer luck. Sometimes it works, sometimes you have to bash heads with an only english speaking customer support to get a refund. Its not recommended to take a Publibike if you're in a hurry. There is a good chance you will miss you ride / train because you get greeted with "unstable connection" errors for 5 minutes or more, while attempting to end you ride.

Multiple Fahrräder funktionieren nicht, sind teilweise kaputt oder gehen einfach nicht auf. Rückmeldung via App funktioniert in 60% der Fälle nicht. Man kann sich nicht darauf verlassen ein publibike zu finden welches funktioniert. Die Qualität ist im letzten Jahr massiv schlechter geworden bei steigenden Preisen.

utter garbage, this app works best when not used. the bikes are vastly undermantained and unpredictably broken (without previous warning in the app). problem reports mostly won't go through. unlocking and even locking a bike during peak hours is nigh impossible. restocking delays and empty stations are standard. and it is still better than before the last update, which paints a bleak pictures of times past. as of now I have a 2.5h ongoing ride, because the bike I parked never truly locked?!?

it could be a good app, if the situation would not change every few months. it was publibike, then velospot (with another app but the same icon) then publibike again (again with another app). Now the new new new app is again obsolete.
