System currently unavailable. That's what it says when I sign up on every app you have. Update. I have tried to login as well as getting new account with different phone number and emails. Still the same issue.

Very very disappointed that tui has with drawn the use of tui card especially in these current Covid times to book anything to use the points I had accrued yes very disappointed with tui

Service cancelled?

I was surprised to see this app is still being updated, with my account having been closed as it has been discontinued. I was given a few weeks to book a holiday and use the points I had built up over the years, or loose them all. Effectively they (TUI and/or new day) stole £100 from me.

I have used the credit card to accumulate points towards another holiday and now they are stopping the credit card I have lost these points. I am not happy about this .
