UNFAIR SYSTEM AFFECTING SMALL BUSINESSES!! The settlement system is unfair and inconsistent. Sellers face charges regardless of fault, with incorrect deductions often leading to negative balances even when disputes are resolved in our favour. We are also charged for shipping costs we do not offer or agree to,even when orders generate no income. This forces sellers to pay out of their own pocket rather than earning, leaving small businesses frustrated and many considering closing down entirely.

I like the fact that everything is reviewed, it makes it better for the customer. However, I find that it is very difficult to upload certain documents. I don't always have a pronted version on hand that I can take a picture of, and they won't except screen shots of the documents. I can only upload through my photos and not the documents save on my device, which if frustrating. After I got everything, I have had a good experience.
