Do not use this app. The courier arrived outside my building but never came inside, kept the food, and marked the order as delivered. When I contacted customer support, they completely dismissed the issue, refused a refund, and refused to investigate the driver. By blindly siding with drivers who steal food, Thuisbezorgd is actively supporting thieves and scamming paying customers out of their money. Order at your own risk unless you want to pay for a courier's free meal!

Dear developers, Let me start by thanking you for the app itself and for many meals I had with it. Probably THE service to go with in NL, no competition. BUT: can you please (please) fix the assistance? I've never faced this level of incompetence and indifference when it comes to client communication. Once in a while you tend to have issues with an order, and not once had the AI assistant helped me. It is actually terrible, I tend to write such reviews when I'm genuinely frustrated with smth.

The customer service of the app is horrible. the couriers can decide to not deliver your food, indicate that it has been delivered and you will NOT be entitled to a refund. They wont even question their employees regarding the issue or investigate further beyond checking the faulty system they have in place.
