Won't let you login. Login emails don't send via the app, neither do password resets. After resetting password through the website, trying to login using the password comes up with an error

this app is no good at all. it really doesn't work in any way. if you're lucky, it might work for a few minutes, then it crashes, and you can't even get into it!! it really is the worst I have seen.

I have visited for over a decade. But never had the problem I have had with this app I am forced to download just to get my ticket. When I try to access my eticket in the app instead of getting my usual PDF show ticket to print off prior to visiting I am given just a QR code and a note I can waste time when I get there finding a place to scan the QR code wait around while everyone else is doing the same for it to print a ticket when previously I have my ticket arrive and just enter the show.
