I wish I could give them 0.If you haven't got a driving licence or passport forget it,they won't accept your verification.The customer support is shocking,they do everything in there power to avoid paying out your winnings.They even become spiteful in the actions,they leave chat on you and leave you waiting for 5 to 10 min at a time inbetween conversations.Avoid like the plague,believe.I was verified then when I won some money they wanted my documents again for verification.Hateful customer supp
