Nightmare of an app. Says it's no eligible in my region (NI). Created an account on the PC version then found what I thought was a workaround. Sure enough it installed on my phone. Now it doesn't recognise the account I created on the PC. Why? Because it is a piece of rubbish. The worst part is that it's telling me I need the app in order to schedule a redelivery. I have had to warn the supplier that the item will almost certainly be returned to them due to this nonsense from RM.

Hello Carol, as per our description this app is for RM employees only to view HR info. You have therefore downloaded and registered for the incorrect App - you require the Roya Mail consumer app. We would be grateful if you could delete the incorrect review

As a Royal Mail employee, I can honestly say this app is a total disgrace. It rarely works properly and constantly causes frustration. Features fail when you actually need them, updates seem to make things worse, and overall it reflects exactly how Royal Mail operates these days — unreliable and extremely disappointing. You are welcom🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Dear Otto, as you are aware Robin is the RM employee app therefore this review should be made against the Workvivo app. If you have any issues with Robin or accessing information this should be raised with IT as communicated

Typical Royal mail rubbish. Doesn't work. No choice. Updated now even worse. well done RM you made a bad system completely unusable. yes redirects you to Robin, and on there you cannot see your payslip or leave so it redirects you back to an empty page.

The People App as a standalone app has now ceased as communicated. For any issues with the new RM Employee platform Robin please refer to communications in relation to support and contact points as previously communicated with yourself
