my daughter paid £95 pound for ticket for me for my birthday, which was absolutely lovely and I was so excited for this however I was really disappointed. This was massively unfair as a young girl has bought her mum (me) a ticket and then people had to go out of their way to help us get there and back from something that wasn't even enjoyed. This was caused by the poor sound quality, which I have seen others with this opinion online, and the lack of option for food.

the app doesn't show any tickets, just says error

won't let me view my tickets. constantly says wrong email or password. 'changes password'... password cannot be same as previous... change the password to something else.. incorrect password.. no problems with the AXS.. with same credentials.. Just a shocking experience!
