I too found it impossible to pay on-line. But I am also having difficulty with getting a one time pass code, so still cannot renew my subscription.

Terrible. I paid a premium subscription overpriced and with a problem to confirm the payment only to now that subscription doesn't work at all because it is supposed I had to buy a solo subscription which in no case was specified during the payment, additionally they don't offer really customer support service; they send you a page where you can't login to submit a ticket and even if you miracle manage to send a ticket they will answer that you have to pay again, is a total scam.
