First time for me to use such an app. It was intuitive to use, very easy to find the people I wanted to track and know where they are. It was nice to send cheers too. I thought I would get to see the video but couldn't. Well designed and served. Thank you

apparently the runners can't even hear the cheers we're sending this sucks

Hi Michael, The in-app cheers for the runners is not broadcast to their phones during the race, as many runners do not carry their device - The cheers will be sent to runners by the event team, from all of their supporters, so they do not miss out.
