• Heart rate (10 minute measurement interval or tap on heart rate icon to take manual measurement)

Steps for correct installation.

Always make sure your watch is paired to your phone when installing. 
Pairing with Wi-Fi works best. You must also use the same Gmail account for Play store purchase and watch device.

When it says "installing soon" please wait at least 5 minutes then check your watch to see if installation is complete.

Another option is to install directly from your watch. 
Go to Play store app on your watch and search the watch face name "NXV99" then try to install directly from your watch.
 
Please note you will only get charged once even if you attempt to download again if you are using same Gmail account.

It can take up to 10min to install and it will not appear automatically on watch. You need to select from installed watch faces. If you are still having trouble, I can refund you. Please let me know..

Paid for this watch face, it says its downloaded, but it's not showing anywhere, clicked the link for instructions but no instructions given, not happy 😠😩 UPDATE 12/7/24 Hi and thanks for your response yesterday, I can confirm after 24 hrs this watchmaker is still not showing on my downloaded screen, yet shows as downloaded on the app, links to help just send me round in circles. I am using a Samsung 23 ultra, what's your best advice ?

Bloatware. Never received actual watch face. Installed app on my phone. Link to instructions loops you back to app with no instructions to read. Disappointed and now concerned what might have actually been installed on my phone because App does nothing.

There is nothing "bloatware" about this. Installation problems are with all watch faces you just need to follow correct steps. If you need help or refund you can email. Why would you give negative feedback before you even try all that??

All this does is install a link that you have to go to and buy it again. That is robbery. I bought what I thought was going to be a watch face for my watch. Then it gives me a link, go to the link, and they want more money. I will buy it twice and I want a refund.
