I can't get in to my account to make my payments keeps saying wrong details and it's not so how am I supposed to pay if I can't get on the site to pay and I'm not paying late fee's not my fault o still can't log in after clearing every thing

terrible, made a big purchace of over £2000 and it has confirmed, but as my account name was spelt incorrectly it wont match to the bank details i am trying to pay off and will not let me change it, so please tell me what i am ment to do as i dont what to be having unnessary debt

i try to sign up or create account ,.it's sending me to Google app,.and when i try to create account on Google its sending back to the app that I installed..such a joke ..guys please make a favor and delete your app and service .tha

NO OPTION TO APPLY

It says “pick an item from a retailer then go to checkout and see if you’re eligible” bla bla bla…. It’s a load of rubbish! I click on one of the retailers but it just opens up another tab for the retailer and still no way to apply… Stupid way to navigate the app, I give up, going by the other reviews, I’m not the only one struggling either, ridiculous

Everytime you pay they add it back on so you pay forever ! They said £5 every month then changed it to £20+ every month after the first one

Awful! Disgraceful company

Keep putting £12 charges on for late payments and have put me from 0% interest contract to a 49.9% interest because of these ‘late charges’ but I noticed they were taking my Direct debit out LATE and then blaming me for them bouncing back. I have direct debits set up on that date for a reason, if you don’t take them on time that is not my issue. Already told them I’m taking them to court over it. Disgusting DO NOT USE
