It’s now unusable I deleted it.
I have used this app for some time but now it has logged me out and now has a “This app will not work with a VPN.” Message on the log in screen. Since I use a VPN all the time this means the app has to go. Sorry Sainsbury’s you might find me shopping elsewhere before long. It’s the start of the slippery slope.

Fairly Good
This app is fairly good for collecting and spending points but the smartshop handsets do not scan the QR code so I have to scan my tatty old physical card instead. Surely this should be sorted out.

Cant change email address
Despite following all the steps, providing new email, verification code and then confirming via link sent over email, my email address remains unchanged. Repeating everything from scratch didn’t help either.

Functional till recently- doesn’t work at petrol stations!
Would use nectar via Apple wallet on iPhone and Apple watch (would bring up the barcode automatically) but now you’ve changed it to the QR code leaving me no option but to log in onto the nectar app (as it always logs you out) then tap onto the icon to switch to the barcode as this is the only method recognised by the petrol station readers. Absolutely wrecked this for me! Revert it back!!!!!!
