I agree with other comments that the app no longer works! And very inconveniently for me at a time when I have no access to Commission email.or JSIS online...

The Publications Office cannot create and maintain applications like MYPMO because it cancelled all technical capacity then years ago. Recently it decided to replace everything with AI, even when at the same time Amazon itself during trainings instructed caution and reservation.

Impossible to use it! Sometimes it just doesn't open! ... Sometimes it works for 4-5 consecutive months then it no longer opens Really, every year I have to re-do the coupling with the EU Login app. Frustrating. I use the very same mobile device from the start of this application, I did not change anything! But it wouldn't let me log in on my device. Without telling the reason why. It just simply doesn't connect although the EU login app has accepted the pin code.
