It won’t let you open to logged in sort off has a very bad tracking that the browser won’t let you open if you don’t open your safety door for them to steal your details and still can’t access the ticket. Very frustrating annoying and scam app

Just ridiculously awful. Username ( hangover from LTA Tickets app? ) actually now serves no function except confusing matters . No option to print tix - even via screenshot - for those with last years phone and ageing battery. This doesn’t need MI5 security for gods sake! Navigation assumes a lot of knowledge of current conventions and fashions. Nothing wrong with simple menus you know!

Awful App

This is just way too complicated just to retrieve tickets. Downloaded and deleted the app over 10 times and it just kept crashing on the phone. In the end had to download the app on an iPad to be able to create the account which I could then eventually use to login on the phone. Ridiculous App.
