Login not working in the app. Tried using the code sent to email, registering with the same email as the order and nothing works. Luckily found a way to download the tickets in .pdf from their website

As far as I know this app has only been available for 2 years. if you are going to the London coffee festival which is held every year in the old Truman brewery in brick lane London in April or may, this app is quite handy. They used to give out paper maps, that map is now on this app. if you sign in your e-ticket is also available on this app which is quite handy too. but you can only use it at this festival and nowhere else.

One of those apps that makes you wonder why even bother. The onboarding journey is terrible. It forces a login creation and has a bug that doesn't let you create a password or log-in via an email link. Haven't seen a CX glitch so elementary since 2014.

Unable to set a password upon registration, it says "please enter a password" but i have duh
