This app is awesome. It’s well made, easy to use, holds you accountable , creates a community of people wanting the same thing, integrates with your music, amazing work outs. I chose Team Movewell. What’s not to love? Best app I have bought in years! 11 weeks in and I have been totally all in and consistent.

Everything I’ve been looking for

I am a very picky app user. And a very picky exerciser. I want something that will coach me while also letting me listen to my own music while not being annoying while giving me tips but not too many tips but also be challenging enough to show results. Ladder does all that. I also discovered the community which I LOVE. People are so inspiring and check your form and help you out. I was dubious at first when this app popped on my socials. I suspected this might be AI cash grab. How wrong I was though! I researched it more and upon seeing good reviews decided to download it for the trial. Which was free and no credit card information was required upfront - big win! Love the workouts and ability to select team based on my fitness needs. All workouts have previews and recorded cues and messages from the coach which are super helpful to ensure your form is right and you are completing workout right. I have tried other apps and they are soulless and impersonal. Ladder has a community and you can be among similar minded people. Not only this app also has a calorie/water tracker so you don’t have downloads potentially pay for another app. Post trial there are several types of subscription that is super affordable and flexible. With ladder you have coach in your pocket!
