handy app, let's me keep track of upcoming flights etc. down side is, it keeps crashing, and have to put it into deep sleep more often than not. unsure if there's a bug in the app or not, but please can this be looked into?

Everytime I m opening the app, it is asking me to log in again. it's so frustrating. kindly do something about it. Also app still show prices for economy even when u select premium or business options.

Shady airline. Put my partner and I on separate ends of the plane on a red eye 7-hour flight when trying to check in through the app right when it opened 30 hours before the flight and with no option to sit beside each other without paying an extra $114. We didn't care where we sat on the flight as long as we were together.

I tried to hold the price on a ticket and created a reservation. Even though I deselected myself as the passenger and added "1 adult" it added my name to the ticket. Cannot change the name, even though I didn't enter my name. there' also no way to complete the purchase either on the app or the website. Just buy from a third party instead, there's no benefit to using the app, which just redirects to your browser anyway. when I tried to write customer support, they denied the problem existed. 🤯
