Relentless app tracking, to the point I have to force stop it as the requests were nonstop even when closed! Only installed as either you or Vinted are incompetent and won't send a collection email for the QR code!! Or maybe you want to force everyone to download the app - to then spy of them!!

Notifications

Way to many notifications parcel moves a couple of times and suddenly over 300 notifications don’t need to know every step when it’s posted and when it arrives is enough sick of getting “sit tight it’s on its way” when it hasn’t even moved anywhere

Does not tell which locker item went to . App Opens doors of lockers miles away. Does not let me choose locker near me as different lockers given to different senders . And unless I know the locker location ( for that item ) before hand, no way to find in app , which locker allocated to which item . Very dangerous as lockers in busy places and items can easily get stolen when door opened by app at different location miles away 😭.Even when door not closed, app says item delivered.

Notification issues

Months have passed and yet any new parcel that gets added to my list shows as a cumulative notification… currently showing 39 notifications despite uninstalling and redownloading

Very buggy app at the moment

I love the feature to open locker from the app, and equally it’s so easy to send parcels for Vinted through the app. But at the moment I’ve got 400 notifications I clear, and then they come back - bad bugs with no regular updates
