i d/ld InPost for a previous delivery when I scanned the QR and allowed installation. my second delivery is now due. I scanned the QR. nothing happened. I typed the tracking number. it tells me it can't find it. the royal mail website tells me the sender has dispatched the item. the app has not remembered the tracking number. there seems no way to get the app to remember my tracking number. why is there no save option? I spent 30 years in IT and this app does not do the simple things.

I can't even get started with this ap it says my mobile number isn't valid. of corse I know it is I use it all the time. Well done been using the yodel app without problems now you replaced it with something I can't use at all.
